Castle Creek Christian Academy is founded by experienced Christian educators who understand education, curriculum, teamwork, and administration. Most importantly, they’ve built a center that reflects the type of environment that they would want for their own children. Castle Creek and the children within are blessed to have a phenominal group of teachers who are proven to lead a team to much success.

Tammy has 36 years of experience in the early childhood field. Along with her administrative experience, Tammy has experience working directly in the classroom. She has worked with all ages, including newborns through 5th grade.

Tracy came to work at Castle Creek when it opened in August of 2010. Tracy attended Leary Technical where she earned her CDA in Child Development. Tracy has been working in childcare for 25 years and absolutely loves it!

Infant Teacher

Christine is one of our infant teachers. She has been a former elementary teacher for the past 20 years and has spent those years in kindergarten, second, and fourth grade. Christine is excited to now have the opportunity to be with the babies and get to know all of their unique personalities!

Alissa is our moring infant teacher. She has over 16 years of experience working with children in children's ministry and as a Girl Scout leader. She feels it’s important to her that the children feel safe and cared for while in her care.

Stormi is our afternoon infant teacher. She worked in the two-year-old classroom before coming to Castle Creek. Shé is overjoyed to be working in the nursery here with us.

Viviana has several years of experience in childcare and enjoys working with children of all ages. She strives to be a positive role model for them at all times. Her wish is to assist them in growing through love and appropriate guidance.

Taylor worked at her aunt's daycare for many years. She had a fantastic time there, and it has inspired her to continue working with youngsters. She is happy to be here at Castle Creek!

Mandy has an early childhood certification and has worked with children at church and other daycares for numerous years. She wants to be the best teacher she can be while still providing a safe environment for the children.

Taylor has seven years of experience working in childcare. She loves being able to watch the children grow and learn new things. She feels blessed to be part of the Castle Creek family!

Dani has approximately four years of experience working with children. She grew up in church and helped a lot with the younger children as a small group leader. She feels blessed to have the opportunity to join the Castle Creek family and to see where it takes her.

Ebony is one of our young preschool teachers. She grew up working in her church’s youth center. She has always loved children and feels that they can brighten your day. She likes to assess each child to determine the most effective technique to teach them at their level of comfort.

Valarie has 25 years of experience in early childhood care. She loves teaching children and always looks forward to seeing the progress they make throughout the year. Zion is one of the Preschool One teachers. She received a degree in Human Services from Stephen F. Austin State University. She believes that everybody can be taught to accomplish anything. Simply explain it to them in a way they can understand.

Karen has been teaching for 16 years. She loves working with children and finds it a privilege to assist in the beginning steps of a child's academic, social, and spiritual life. She believes that parents and teachers communicating is a key to a child's success in life.

Heather has worked extensively in early childcare for over 26 years through nannying, in-home daycares, homeschooling for 10 years, teaching Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) ages 4–16 for 6 years, and children’s ministries for over 10 years. She considers herself fortunate to be working in a Christian school.

Camryn loves how God and the Bible are used at Castle Creek. She believes that education is essential. She enjoys both arts and crafts and music. She is eager to mold the children's minds since she is aware of how important it is to do so. She thinks children learn the most when they are young.

Brett is our after-school teacher. He has six years of experience as a substitute teacher and feels blessed to have the opportunity to work with children. Brett believes that the best way to teach and train a child is to lead by example.

Mireya is originally from Guatemala. She speaks fluent English and, of course, Spanish. She has worked in the cooking industry for 23 years, all primarily in childcare. Mireya loves children and has a servant's heart! She has worked with several of her coworkers for upwards of 15 years.

Shea has been with Castle Creek for several years, working with the preschoolers. Teaching children has always been a passion of hers. Teaching has brought Shea much confidence, and now she is a role model for these young minds.
